These are entry rates - the core platform on its own, with unlimited users and shipments. Every module or team coverage you switch on is added on top. Setup fee is separate.
What You Pay For
Setup Fee
One-time charge covering your own system setup, workflow configuration, and remote training. It is about 2-3x the monthly fee (depending on the subscription plan)
Platform Fee
The core platform plus whichever modules you switch on. It starts from $750/month and gives you access to unlimited users, unlimited shipments with the core platform and all added modules.
Team Coverage
Standard support is included free in every plan, for every account. If you need faster response times or evening and weekend cover, that is an optional tier on top
What Adjusts The Monthly Fee
Active Modules
The core platform is fixed. Everything beyond it is a module you switch on when you need it, and the rate follows. A module added mid-contract runs for a minimum of three months.
Support Level
Standard cover costs nothing and everyone can raise a question. Committing to a faster response window is optional, and it is counted only on the accounts that have higher access levels.
Billing Cycle
Paying quarterly or annually in advance brings both the monthly rate and the one-time setup down. If needed, you can change the subscription plan at the end of the last billing cycle.
